Mechanical part has four institutions: Power supply mechanism, clamp fixed institution, bend radius adjusting mechanism, feed mechanism.
Electrical part consists of two systems: Heating system and PLC control system.

Our self developed hydraulic automatic induction pipe bending machine has won the national patent, patent No.200620128117.9 .
Bending process uses PLC control system : Put the required bend geometry size, bending radius, bend angle and raw material numbers, material, heating required temperature and a series of data into the computer, let the computer has automatic tracking control according to those data, achieving the match of hydraulic push forward speed and medium repeatedly heat temperature , make the pipe bending process full-automatic.
